Terms and Conditions for use of Saltburn K9 Adventure Park
Our park is intended for fun but it also needs to be safe. By using our facilities, you agree to the following terms of use.
Please pick up dog waste (you can use the dog bin provided), toys and any other rubbish before leaving. If you find anything left by a previous user, please pick it up and inform us by phone or email.
Your time slot starts on the hour and is 50 minutes long. Please leave promptly at the end of your session and only arrive a few minutes before your appointment starts as to not overlap with other clients. Please do not wait on the kerbside but you may wait inside the first gate as long as you wait inside your car with your dogs until any previous clients have left.
All dogs must remain on a lead when arriving and leaving the park, especially in the parking area, and can only be let off once inside the field itself and all gates are shut. This is equally true if you are arriving to the park by foot.
Vaccinations must be up to date and your dogs should be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm preventiopn. Kennel cough vaccination is preferable but not compulsary. Please note we do not check the vaccination status, so please treat the park as an open public space, with the same risks to your dogs.
Liability
Use of the field is at your own risk. Saltburn K9 Adventure Park accepts no liability for the death or any injury of any person or dog, or for any damage to any property.
We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability whilst on site. Yours and your dogs’ behaviour and actions are totally your responsibility and no claim can be made against Saltburn K9 Adventure Park.
You are liable for any damage caused both inside and outside of the field by you, your dogs or any person in your party. All dogs must be covered under their own third party insurance.
As we are located in a rural setting, please be mindful of the horses and sheep in close proximity and Saltburn Road, that runs parallel to the park.
